Gilbert and Jacki’s $7 million endowment to The George Washington University created the Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute. The institute provides high school juniors with pre-college leadership programs as well as mentorship and training to GW students. More importantly, the Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute creates a community where Hispanic students feel supported and guided as they navigate college.
